Virginia is a veteran business and technical consultant with more than 15 years of experience in project management, business process re-engineering, the implementation and migration of COTS applications, financial audits, and business-intelligence reporting. As owner and principal of Ban-Win Professional Services, she has helped renowned clients like Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and Kaiser Permanente to plan, migrate, and maintain highly sensitive data that will maximize efficiency and ensure security.
She previously oversaw a worldwide ERP support and services organization, where she was responsible for the complete satisfaction of 425 clients across 22 industries that generated $8.5 million in maintenance revenue per fiscal year. During her tenure there, she increased consulting service revenue by 37 percent and profits on third-party billable consulting by 30 percent.
