John Eisenschmidt
As a facilitator of change, John is regularly recognized for bridging the communication gaps between technical and functional business units. His extensive background includes experiences planning and executing network and systems architecture, database administration, performance engineering, and COTS software implementations.
John is an accomplished technical project manager with a PMI (PMP) certification and ScrumMaster certification. Since 1999, he has been solving business challenges with technology solutions, anticipating and preventing technical hurdles during mission-critical projects, and delivering on-time and on-budget. His research-based, analytical recommendations and interaction strategies for clients in the public and private sector alike have led to numerous repeat engagements.
